The US has bombed Iran for a tenth consecutive night, following the killing of American soldiers in Jordan and Iraq. Washington continues to call for an end to Iranian attacks on vessels in the Strait of Hormuz. For its part, Iran says it is at ‘full scale war’ with the US. Experts are concerned that there is no easy off-ramp, although both countries show signs that they are looking to de-escalate.

Gosh, who would have thought that hitting a country with missiles would cause them to respond? If only there were strategists in the white house capable of predicting such outcome, alas it has caught everyone in the us by surprise.
