Police found a scene of horror when they finally raided his premises.

Bodies were left decomposing for months, there was half a tonne of ashes that couldn’t be identified.

Behind Robert Bush’s charm was a man committing horrors on what prosecutors called “almost an industrial scale”’.

He’s now been sentenced to 20 years in prison – and the government says it is taking action to crack down on rogue funeral operators.
