Last night FIFA abandoned a plan by it’s boss Gianni Infantino to sell off stakes in the World Cup and other competitions to private investors. But UEFA accused Infantino of trying to force through a “shabby back room deal” which was “anything but transparent”.

Which World Cup hosting decisions haven’t been hugely corrupt?
Infantino- the face that sunk a thousand sponsorships. Even J P Morgan Chase deleted their web pages on the deal. He is now a fully toxic brand and will be booed for ever.
