Police warn protesters will face “full force of the law” after Thetford disorder

Police have defended their response during three nights of disorder in Norfolk, as the county’s chief constable warned anyone involved in it would face the “full force of the law”.

Norfolk’s police chief Paul Sanford said some protesters were “targeting addresses” they believed were housing asylum seekers and that had officers not intervened, it was “highly likely” they would have broken into the properties.

  1. when you ban the public from a public meeting and use police to ban those people the only solution is for people to take to the streets ..they created this issue

  2. How terribly misinformed the protesters are to blame Migrants. The Protesters should blame the Politicians for causing wars & economic hardship to other countries which leads to migration.
