US and Iran FAIL to agree peace deal as talks break down leaving ceasefire on brink

JD VANCE has blasted Iran for refusing to accept Donald Trump’s “simple proposal” for peace after 21 hours of crunch talks failed.

The vice president said he offered the regime a final and best offer but they refused, as both delegations quickly left Pakistan empty handed in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Vance – who led the US delegation – added: “So we go back to the United States, having not come to an agreement.”
