Social media should also be restricted for adults imo.
It's not only Meta, ByteDance (TikTok) and Google (Youtube). They obviously optimize for addiction. Netflix and all those streaming guys do too. That's their business.
Big companies would NEVER do something like that.
Social media should be erased of the world.
