    Gabriel Brown, 31,.. pleaded guilty to failing to comply with the requirements of being on the Sex Offender Register.

    The court heard that he committed the offence in Carlisle on January 16, when he failed to tell the police that he had changed his "S… online alias”

    The terms of his registration on the Sex Offender Register meant he should have done this within three days of the change.
