– Crews have revealed that two fires which rapidly spread across Stourbridge, destroying or damaging dozens of homes, were started accidentally.
– The police watchdog is investigating the former Chief Constable of West Midlands Police, for alleged gross misconduct. It’s over a decision to ban supporters of Israeli club Maccabi Tel Aviv, from attending a match against Aston Villa in Birmingham.
– Twenty-mile-an-hour speed limits could soon become the norm on many of Birmingham’s roads, under plans which are already dividing drivers.

Agricultural machinery started it? How come it hasn't happened before? Agricultural machines have been used in our fields since their invention and I've never heard of them making the crops spontaneously combust.
