El Niño is already here.

The natural weather pattern, which develops in the Pacific Ocean, is bringing extreme weather to many parts of the world. There’s no clear evidence that climate change has affected El Niño events.

We heard from our BBC reporters across the globe about how it’s already unfolding in their area.

  2. After many years as a climate activist, campaigning and peacefully protesting outside big banks, oil companies and parliament, I'm glad that FINALLY this year the climate and ecological crisis has got the coverage and awareness it needed many years ago!
    We have ONE home ONE 🌍, and we NEED the oil companies to get OFF fossil fuels and transition us to 100% renewables, hydrogen tech, and plant derived fuel alternatives and FAST! Humanity and the flora and fauna will NOT survive if we hit 2c global temperature.
    This super El Ninó will be a glimpse in to how severe things will get permanently if/when we hit 2c

If the Issue is seabed heat soak , then the logical plan is to help raise the level of heat soak of the seabed , either by staggered cooling rods or using some form of liquid nitrogen to freeze the sea floor in places to encourage better cooling, raising the heat soak maximum , we could even place these rods near surface level to help keep vital thermal currents in place.

    , we would just be helping the planet to cool with its own systems.

    Technically using this theory I've been working on , you could stop an El Nino from even forming. I think that's peace prize territory
