Control tower audio captures moments before LaGuardia plane crash – audio

The audio from a control tower at New York’s LaGuardia airport captured the moments before a plane collided with a fire truck while landing. An air traffic controller could be heard on a radio transmission at LaGuardia airport giving clearance to a vehicle to cross part of the runway, then trying to stop it. The pilot and co-pilot of the Air Canada Express regional jet died after the collision which also caused serious injuries, with nine people in the hospital. The airport was closed after the incident

  1. Go truck 1!
Oh a plane is coming; Stop truck 1, Stop! OoopS!
    Well done ATC!
Reduce the effin Traffic at New York, London, Berlin, Toronto, Chinese big cities and every other big cities around the world. Money is not everything, which u wanna make by increasing business and number of flights, and not caring about human lives!
Make more airports around if u wanna fly more and operate/engage more carriers. Ban this congestion. Put a cap on how much people can fly around the world. Rationalize it! Stop this craze! Reduce the air traffic.. it is safety and environmental hazard!

  2. Go truck 1! Stop truck 1!

Was Trump on traffic control at the time? 🇺🇸 is done . The world is done with 🇺🇸

  3. Just another day of business consulting. Increase traffic, reduce starting, boost your profits.
Now the poor employee who was managing much more than anyone should reasonably asked has to live with all that guilt, while those in ivory towers are too disconnected to feel fault.

  4. THAT was the mistake. The ATC allowing the truck to cross the runway when an airplane was just touching down on it🙄

  5. The pilots must have seen the truck crossing at lightning speed as they were about to touch down and could no longer maneuver away from it. They saved many lives but themselves. 😢
