In tonight’s episode of Emmerdale, Dawn’s secret plan to ditch Joe on the day of their wedding comes under serious threat. As Graham finds out what’s been going on behind Joe’s back, can Dawn make her escape?
Meanwhile, Dawn isn’t the only one under pressure – Caleb and Ruby also have some explaining to do when Jimmy confronts them for betraying him.

1. Graham questions Lucas

On the morning of the wedding, Graham is intrigued when Lucas casually mentions that Dawn had planned to leave the village.
After assuring Joe that nothing will go wrong on the big day, Graham subtly questions Lucas about what Dawn has been hiding. Lucas defies Dawn’s wishes by letting slip about her escape plan.
2. Kim’s presence causes another problem

Kim is back at Home Farm following her trip away, which leaves Dawn feeling trapped. With Kim keen to carefully oversee proceedings, Dawn frets that an escape will be impossible to pull off.
In the end, Dawn slyly uses her dad’s memory as part of a plan to get Kim out of the way for a while.
3. Dawn is confronted by Graham

Dawn loads the car with her suitcases outside the Home Farm stables, but is horrified when Graham turns up to stop her. She defends her decision to break Joe’s heart, insisting that she can’t trust him after Billy’s attack.
Graham casts doubt on Billy’s story by asking how he could have possibly seen who attacked him from behind. Although this gives Dawn food for thought, she’s still not prepared to be bullied by Graham and knocks him out cold to stop him from meddling!
4. Tensions build between Joe and Caleb

As the ceremony isn’t due to take place until twilight, Joe joins the villagers at The Woolpack for some pre-wedding drinks. Caleb, though, is forced to bite his tongue as Joe smugly tries to goad him at the pub.
However, when tensions reach boiling point and Joe withdraws Caleb’s wedding invitation, the depot boss decides to reveal his secret revenge plan earlier than planned! Could this thwart things for Billy and Dawn?
5. Jimmy unleashes his anger

Jimmy confronts Caleb and Ruby after finding out that they teamed up with Kev to destroy his recent business deal. Caleb and Ruby confess that they were willing to do whatever it took to convince Jimmy to sign over his share of the haulage firm.
Caleb and Ruby resort to giving Jimmy a bribe in exchange for his silence – will he agree to play ball?
