Next week on Hollyoaks, Diane’s story comes to a heartbreaking end as she makes a brave decision to protect her loved ones. Meanwhile, jealous Ro threatens to destroy Ste and Rex’s wedding day, and Charlie starts to crumble under the weight of his deception.

Monday 11 May – Episode 67161. Ro wants to stop the wedding

It’s the week of Ste and Rex’s wedding, but trouble is looming.
Lovesick Ro doesn’t want the ceremony to go ahead after learning that Ste cheated with his ex-husband James.
Diane picks up on Ro’s distracted state and tells Tony she worries their son is bottling up his emotions again.
2. Leela fears the worst

Rex makes a strange comment to Leela, which makes her fear that he’s rumbled Ste’s betrayal.
Meanwhile, Ste decides to invite Jack’s daughter Beth and her family to the wedding, unaware of the ongoing feud with the Osbornes.
Beth thinks it’s time Jonah started making friends, so the couple agree they’ll attend the ceremony.
3. Frankie makes a confession

It’s time for Frankie to be discharged from hospital and she goes to see Vicky.
Talk turns to Caleb, and Vicky wants to know why Frankie lied to him about her identity. Frankie admits she’s caught feelings, but Vicky thinks she should still be honest.
Later on, Vicky speaks to Caleb, but will she blow Frankie’s cover and wreck any chance of romance?
4. Ro decides to take action

Following a chat with Kathleen-Angel about looking out for your friends, Ro decides he must tell Rex the truth.
Elsewhere, Ste is thrown into panic when Leela alerts him to Rex’s odd comment earlier.
Moments later, Ro arrives at the garage to speak to Rex, but things don’t go quite to plan.
5. Ste thinks he’s got away with it

As Ro drowns his sorrows at The Hutch, over at The Dog the pre-wedding dinner gets under way.
Diane is there for the event, but Nancy can see her terminally ill friend is really struggling.
Rex, on the other hand, is in a great mood and Ste is confident that his secret is still safe.
6. Ro crashes the pre-wedding dinner

Persuaded by Frankie to attend the dinner party, Darren serenades the grooms-to-be with a guitar performance.
Spirits are high as the guests huddle round the fireplace, but suddenly Ro bursts through the doors with an announcement to make.
Tuesday 12 May – Episode 67177. Ste hopes for a miracle

It’s Ste and Rex’s wedding day, but there’s a big question mark over whether it will go ahead following the events of the previous day.
Ste is determined to get his happy ever after and turns to Leela for help as he waits to see whether Rex will show.
8. Charlie is in distress

Over at the Osbornes’, the pressure is mounting for Charlie.
Viewers know Charlie made a false statement to the police, claiming that Jonah caused the crash through dangerous driving.
Will Charlie’s guilty conscience get the better of him? And what will the consequences be?
9. Tony and Diane share one last dance

While Ste and Rex’s future remains in doubt, Tony takes Diane for a dance to her favourite song.
There isn’t a dry eye among the guests as they watch the couple swaying together, knowing they don’t have long left together.
Wednesday 13 May – Episode 671810. Diane says her goodbyes

Knowing she’s reaching the end of her life, Diane wants to make sure her family will never forget her.
The brave mum records nursery rhymes for little Eva, reflecting on the happy years she spent living in Hollyoaks village.
Tony praises Ro for being so strong before they take food to Diane, who’s resting upstairs.
11. Leela kicks off

Another war of words breaks out between the Osborne and Keane families.
Leela is fired up and lays into Beth, leaving relations between the clans more strained than ever.
12. Diane protects Tony from the truth
Lime Pictures
With Diane’s condition rapidly declining, Tony and the children bring the party to her as they try to keep spirits up.
Tony is troubled to see Diane shivering and fears the worst.
Diane wants to protect Tony from the truth and insists she’s fine, but their lives are about to take a tragic turn.
Hollyoaks airs on Mondays-Wednesdays with its Channel 4 streaming premiere at 7am, then an E4 broadcast the same night at 7pm. Full episodes are also released on YouTube a week after their Channel 4 release.
